Supplier Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
- Production part suppliers must comply with the following certificate status:
- Environmental certification ISO-14001
- Quality certification ISO 9001 or IATF 16949
- TISAX Cybersecurity certification
- Suppliers must be prepared to produce quality parts at competitive costs and be able to deliver on time per contracted volumes
- Suppliers must provide parts to the Aftermarket for ten years post-production
- Daimler recognizes (but does not require) certifications from federal, state, and local agencies such as SBA, HUBZone, NMSDC, WBENC, or similar certifying bodies
