Daimler Truck North America Appoints Adam Morgan as Head of Corporate Communications

PORTLAND, Ore. (April 2, 2026) — Daimler Truck North America LLC (DTNA) appointed Adam Morgan as Head of Corporate Communications. In this role, he will lead internal and external communications, media relations, public affairs, corporate branding, as well as brand partnerships, and corporate giving.

“Adam is a strategic, highly experienced communicator, and a proven leader,” said John O’Leary, president and CEO of Daimler Truck North America. “His experience across complex, global industries will serve DTNA well as we continue to grow, evolve, and strengthen our connections with employees, customers, and the communities we serve.”

Morgan joins DTNA from Bristow Group Inc., the global leader in innovative vertical flight solutions, where he served as Director of Global Communications and Marketing. Prior to Bristow, Morgan held senior communications roles at McDermott International, Inc. and spent a decade at The Boeing Company, including leading Communications for Boeing’s space division and serving as Regional Director of International Communications for Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

An experienced communicator with a background spanning aerospace, energy, and manufacturing, Morgan also previously served in public and legislative affairs with the U.S. Forest Service and is a veteran of the United States Navy. He holds a master’s degree in communication and leadership from Gonzaga University and a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Portland State University.

He succeeds Andy Johnson, who recently transitioned to the role of Head of Global Communications & External Affairs at Daimler Truck in Germany. Morgan will be based at DTNA’s headquarters in Portland, Oregon.
