GAFFNEY, S.C. (May 30, 2026) — Freightliner Custom Chassis Corp. (FCCC) and Cornerstone Luxury Coach celebrated the introduction of a new standard in luxury with the unveiling of the Series 6 Class A coach at the 2026 Music City Motorhome Expo, taking place May 29-June 2 in Nashville, Tenn.

Leaders from both companies were on hand to debut the 2027 645D, the first product from Tiffin Group’s reimagined and expanded Cornerstone Luxury Coach brand. It is built on the Tiffin-exclusive PowerGlide® SL chassis with a super raised-rail, offering confident handling, a composed ride, and state-of-the-art standard features.

Underneath, the 645D is powered by the Cummins X15 engine offering 605 hp and 1,950 lb-ft of torque, as well as high-quality, world-class components like  the PowerDrive steering column, Allison 4000 MH automatic transmission, Koni custom-tuned shocks, Bendix air disc brakes with ABS, and ZF Independent front axle.

It also comes standard with the range of FCCC’s 5-Star features including:

• V-Ride single-axle rear suspension rated up to 24,000 pounds

Cornerstone Luxury Coach is producing only 24 units of the 645D for the 2027 model year, allowing each one to be crafted with greater attention, discretion, and care. Models are expected to be available for order immediately for fall 2026 delivery
