Moving Together in Our Communities

 

HOLLA
DTNA supports HOLLA, a Portland-based, grassroots culturally responsive mentorship movement that connects with families, administrators, teachers and nonprofits to recognize the power and potential of Black and Brown youth.

 

Downtown Boxing Gym
Detroit Diesel Corporation, a DTNA company, supports the Downtown Boxing Gym in Detroit, MI. Through education, athletics, mentorship and intervention, the Downtown Boxing Gym empowers and prepares Detroit students for a productive future.

 

Omega STEM Initiative
Championed by the SEAD Carolinas Community Outreach Committee, the Omega STEM initiative is designed to inspire young minds to pursue technical careers and help students with job skills in coding, robotics, electronics, technology, energy and engineering.

Women In Trucking

The transportation industry and its employees are rapidly transforming. Collaborating with Women in Trucking (WIT) provides both DTNA and its employees a forum to share thoughts on that transformation, envision the industry’s future and work toward greater inclusion of a workforce as rich in thought and perspective as our society. We support the WIT community and their aim to build a strong, connected community of business professionals and professional drivers, and we are committed to shaping the future of our industry, along with WIT.

Women in Manufacturing 

Women in Manufacturing (WiM) is a global trade association supporting women in the manufacturing industry. With over 30,000 members from 3,000 companies across all 50 U.S. states and 65 countries, WiM fosters inclusive workplaces through virtual learning, career fairs, executive networking, professional development programs, and annual conferences. Our partnership with WiM extends support to employees in all manufacturing roles, from production to leadership.
