Our matching gifts program is designed to honor the diversity of employee giving by supporting a broad spectrum of organizations and institutions with financial donations that match employee donations dollar-for-dollar, up to a $500 match per employee annually. The matching gifts can be donated to any nonprofit organization of their choice.
Our first year with our new program donated a total of $260,000 from Employee gifts plus the company match. As the program grows and more employees participate, we foresee the amount increasing each year. Some of our employees favorite charities included: Oregon Food Bank, American Red Cross, Rowan County United Way, Children’s Cancer Association.
