Daimler Truck North America Names Michelle Randazzo Chief Financial Officer
PORTLAND, Ore. — Dec. 10, 2025 — Daimler Truck North America LLC (DTNA) just announced that Michelle Randazzo will become chief financial officer on January 1, 2026. She will succeed Stefan Kurschner, who plans to retire after more than 30 years with Daimler AG and Daimler Truck AG.
Randazzo will oversee all operational and strategic controlling and accounting functions for DTNA’s brands, including Freightliner, Western Star, Thomas Built Buses, Freightliner Custom Chassis Corp., Detroit Reman, and Daimler Vehículos Comerciales México.
Randazzo joined Daimler Truck in 2002 as a senior financial analyst at Thomas Built Buses. She has held leadership roles in financial planning, reporting, pricing, product costing and purchasing. Her executive experience includes serving as director of product controlling, director of corporate financial planning and reporting, and general manager of controlling specialty vehicles and aftermarket. Most recently, she completed a strategic assignment at Daimler Truck headquarters in Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Germany.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, specializing in finance, from Marshall University and an MBA from Saint Francis University. She also holds an advanced leadership certificate from the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Stefan Kurschner will remain with DTNA through January to ensure a smooth transition. “We are deeply grateful to Stefan for his decades of leadership and contributions across continents and functions,” O’Leary said. “His impact on our organization and culture has been profound, and we wish him the very best in his retirement.”
